Previously, I posted about subscription fitness services that I use but what if a subscription is not in the budget? I’ve got you covered… There are an amazing assortment of free fitness videos online, mainly on YouTube. All you have to do is make yourself a schedule of workouts and get to it!
Another benefit of trying out videos from different trainers on YouTube is so that you can find something you like and will stick with rather than be stuck with something you don’t. If you like the workouts and/or the trainer, you’re more likely to make working out with them a habit!
I’ve mentioned Fitness Blender before… Their workouts are fantastic and have proven results for those serious about getting in shape! There are several different workouts to choose from… I suggest doing a search for one of their free 5-day workouts and doing each in succession for the ultimate benefit!
There is nothing more awesome than a great cardio workout. In fact, the sweatier, the better! Step Aerobics is one of my favorite ways to get a fabulous cardio workout in a short amount of time and the intensity can be adjusted by adding or removing risers under the step! (This step is a great one for beginners <– affiliate link!). Here is a step aerobic video that looks like a lot of fun!
Kickboxing workouts are my other favorites… Kickboxing is a great total body workout and is especially effective on the core, arms and legs! This workout is one of many that can help give you a well-rounded fitness routine and there is a wide variety to be found!
Popsugar Fitness has literally tons of workout videos in every style imaginable available for free. There is such a wide variety of videos that there is no way to get bored!
So what do you think? Let me know in the comments below what some of your favorite free fitness videos online are… I’d love to check it out!
